what is cotton candy made of?

Plain old sugar ✨ plus food-grade oils and coloring!

We personally hand-mix every flavor fresh for each event, and we have plenty of dye-free options too. Most of our fruit flavors are made with food-grade essential oils, and organic sugar is also available upon request.

If you have questions about allergies or ingredients, just reach out and we’ll gladly send over a full ingredients list.

what do i need to provide for cart service?

Not much!

We bring a 100 ft extension cord, so we just need access to a 120v outlet or generator within 100 feet of setup.

We also ask for:

  • A flat setup area (at least 6x6)

  • A heads up if there’s grass, rough terrain, or stairs

  • A space nearby to load and unload equipment

how much cotton candy can be served at my event?

We spin continuously during your event, but the machine itself can produce about 45–50 puffs per hour.

That’s usually more than enough for most events, but it’s something to keep in mind when deciding how many hours to book based on guest count.

For longer events, we may occasionally pause for about 10 minutes to cool down or switch machines.

how does booking work?

First, you’ll fill out our inquiry form with your event details, date, and estimated guest count.

If we’re available, we’ll send over deposit instructions to officially save your date.

Once your deposit is in, you’ll get another form where you can choose flavors, add-ons, and all the fun details for your event.

After that, we’ll send over a final confirmation with everything organized and approved before event day.

how does the cotton candy machine actually work?

At least five people ask us this at every single event.

The short answer? Magic ✨

The real answer: flavored sugar gets poured into the machine where it melts down, spins through the center, and turns into those tiny sugary strands that get wrapped onto the cone.

And somehow it never stops being fun to watch.

what is your cancellation policy?

If your event is canceled:

  • 30+ days before your event → full deposit refund

  • 15–29 days before your event → 50% deposit refund

  • 14 days or less before your event → deposit is non-refundable

If weather causes a last-minute cancellation for an outdoor event, we’ll do our best to reschedule or issue a refund.

Canceling because of weather already sucks enough.

do you offer packaged cotton candy or party favors?

Our main focus right now is live event service, but if you have something specific in mind, feel free to reach out!

We’re always open to hearing fun ideas and special requests.

do you offer pay-per-puff events?

Sometimes!

Our main service model is hourly cart service, where guests can enjoy unlimited cotton candy during your event.

We do occasionally consider pay-per-puff events, but minimums do apply. If the minimum isn’t met during the event, the remaining balance would still be due.
