Services

Cotton Sugar Co. provides mobile cotton candy cart services, event services, add-ons, specialty products, and related experiences for private events, weddings, corporate events, schools, community events, and other gatherings.

All services are subject to availability.

Booking + Deposits

Events are not considered booked until a deposit has been received.

Once your deposit is submitted, your event date and time will be reserved.

Final event details, flavor selections, add-ons, and customization requests must be submitted by requested deadlines before the event.

Pricing

Pricing may vary depending on:

  • Event size

  • Guest count

  • Event duration

  • Travel distance

  • Add-ons and customizations

  • Staffing requirements

Additional fees may apply for events outside the Columbus, Ohio area.

Event Requirements

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing a safe and accessible setup location

  • Ensuring access to a working 120v outlet or generator within 100 feet

  • Providing sufficient space for setup and operation

  • Informing Cotton Sugar Co. of any terrain, stairs, or setup limitations before the event

Cotton Sugar Co. reserves the right to refuse setup if conditions are unsafe.

Cancellations + Refunds

  • Cancellations made 30 or more days before the event are eligible for a full deposit refund.

  • Cancellations made 15–29 days before the event are eligible for a 50% deposit refund.

  • Cancellations made 14 days or less before the event are non-refundable.

If severe weather impacts an outdoor event, Cotton Sugar Co. will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the event or issue a refund at its discretion.

Food Allergies + Ingredients

Cotton Sugar Co. offers dye-free and specialty ingredient options upon request, but cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.

Clients and guests with allergies or dietary concerns should contact us before the event for ingredient information.

Event Conduct

Cotton Sugar Co. reserves the right to end service early or refuse service in situations involving unsafe conditions, harassment, illegal activity, threatening behavior, or environments that place staff or equipment at risk.

Intellectual Property

Custom website designs, graphics, illustrations, branding elements, and creative assets created by The Laguna Edit for Cotton Sugar Co. may not be copied, resold, redistributed, or reused outside of the Cotton Sugar Co. brand without written permission.

Cotton Sugar Co. retains the right to use all final approved website content and assets for business and marketing purposes.

The Laguna Edit retains the right to display completed design work, graphics, and website projects within portfolios, social media, and marketing materials.

Photography + Social Media

Photos and videos taken during events may be used by Cotton Sugar Co. for marketing, social media, portfolio, or promotional purposes unless otherwise requested in writing before the event.

Limitation Of Liability

Cotton Sugar Co. shall not be held liable for:

  • Event interruptions caused by weather

  • Venue-related issues

  • Delays outside of our control

  • Allergic reactions

  • Damages caused by misuse of products

  • Indirect or incidental damages related to services provided

Website Use

Users agree not to misuse this website, submit false information, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with website functionality.

Changes To Terms

Cotton Sugar Co. reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
