We’re looking for friendly, dependable, and confident individuals to join Cotton Sugar Co. as a Lead Spin Artist!
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys working independently, and genuinely loves creating fun experiences for people.
As a Lead Spin Artist, you’ll transport the cart, run events, interact with guests, and help create the kind of moments people remember long after the event ends.
No two events are ever the same… which is honestly part of the fun!
what you’ll do
Transport and set up the cart + equipment for events
Spin cotton candy and interact with guests
Work solo or alongside other Sugar Squad team members
Troubleshoot and problem solve during events
Keep up in a fast-paced event environment
Help create a fun, welcoming experience for guests
what you’ll need
Must be 18+
Weekend + evening availability required
Must have a crossover/small SUV or larger to transport the cart
Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs
Must be reliable, punctual, and comfortable working independently
Must have transportation to and from events
compensation + perks
Pay varies based on experience and role responsibilities. Solo events and lead positions receive higher pay rates.
